shopUpz displays all of your Etsy and Shopify listings side by side based on matching SKUs. You can view all of your listing quantities inside our inventory page.
That said, if you created a new listing/variation/SKU on Etsy or Shopify and you want to find it on our inventory page then you should click on "Refresh Listings" button (attached screenshot below).
Few notes:
This is a heavy operation that can take several minutes.
You don't need to click on "Refresh Listings" to view quantity updates. We automatically display the updated quantities on the page .
Refresh listings is only for your visibility. on our end we always know when you create/edit/delete a listing and we update accordingly automatically.
Don't click on "Refresh Listings" if you can find your listing/SKU on the inventory page.
