shopUpz Inventory app allows you to import listings and variations from Etsy to Shopify with a click of a button!

Prepare your listings for Import

shopUpz App helps you to import listings from Etsy to Shopify easily.

Our mission is that you will set your Shopify as the source of truth. The best practice is to create new listings on Shopify and export it via our export listings wizard

That said, if you are already running an Etsy store and you want to replicate your Etsy listing as one time operation into Etsy then you can use import the listing as described below.

Before exporting listings from Shopify to Etsy you need to know:

  • Number of listings - you can import up to 200 listings per import.

  • SKU - shopUpz will export your from Etsy. It's best to set SKU before the export (optional).

  • Shopify listing Status - shopUpz will import listings from Etsy to Shopify "draft" status.

  • Price and Currency - shopUpz replicate the price value only and not the currnecy. For example if you have a listing on Etsy with price 100USD. In case your Shopify store currency is Euro then the price will be on Shopify 100 Euro.

  • Variation Options - Etsy variations can be set with up to 2 options.
For example red shirt can have 2 options: size and color . If you have more than 2 options on Shopify variation we will replicate only 2 options. Best practice is to set 2 options per variation on Shopify as well.

  • Variations Images - you can link images on Etsy only to the primary variation option e.g. "color" . You need to make sure that your Etsy primary option is your Shopify first option.
    Read the full instructions here

  • Total listings to export- each time you can select up to 10 listings per export.
