In order to import listings from Shopify to Etsy you need to make sure that your first option on Shopify is the primary option on Etsy (view example below).
shopUpz will sync only the first two options per product from Shopify to Etsy. Best practice is to have two options on Shopify so Etsy will mirror Shopify listing.
Here are more details about the differences between Etsy and Shopify variation & images linking:
Shopify listings - you can have a maximum of three options for a product. For example you can have a listing with 3 options of "color" "size" "Material"
Etsy listings - you can have a maximum of two options for a product. For example you can have a listing with 2 options of "color" "size"
Shopify option images - you can link image to each of the listing option combination. For example listing named "Amazing Shoes" with options of color and size : Image A for "Amazing Shoes" - options: color red , size small Image B for Amazing Shoes" - options: color red , size Medium Image C for Amazing Shoes" - options: color red , size Large Image D for Amazing Shoes" - options: color White, size small Image E for Amazing Shoes" - options: color White, size Medium .....
Etsy option Images - you can Link up to 10 images per listing. In order to import listings from Shopify to Etsy you need to make sure that your first option on Shopify is the primary option on Etsy.

Go to you listing variations -> click on More options ->Reorder variants If your images differs between colors then you need to make sure that color is the first option as display in the image below.
