Import listings from eBay to Shopify

shopUpz eBay app lets you import your product listings from eBay to Shopify quickly . You can create new listings on Shopify directly from eBay and update existing listings on Shopify with just a click. Before import listings from eBay to Shopify you need to know:

• eBay store account - make sure you have completed your eBay Seller Hub verification

  • Make sure that you have verified and active eBay business account

  • You can also check inside your eBay account that you have subscribed store as displayed in the screenshot below
    

    

    
    

• Imported listings will be created directly in your Shopify store. We recommend importing a few listings first (up to 10) to ensure everything appears as expected before importing the rest.

  
  

• Listings to import - The app offers two options for importing your eBay listings into Shopify:

  
  

  1. Import by eBay Listing IDs Import specific listings by entering one or multiple eBay listing IDs with a comma seperator e.g. 286491110603, 286491110604,286491110605 etc....
     

  2. Import by Category and Start Date

     Import listings from a selected category (either All categories or a specific one) and filter them by their Start Date. You can find the Start Time for each listing directly within your eBay listing details. Use this information to import listings created within your desired date range.

    SKUs - It's recommended to set SKUs to all of your listings and variations in order to avoid duplicate listing creation:

  • In case the SKU exists on Shopify the listings will not be created.

  • In case SKU is missing the listing will be created in Shopify

What Shopify attributes we export to eBay ?

Import listings flow

• Install shopUpz eBay app from the Shopify app market

• Click on "Get started" button at Import listing section inside the dashboard

• Select Listing IDs – Choose this option if you want to import specific listings by entering their eBay listing IDs with a comma seperator e.g. 286491110603, 286491110604,286491110605 etc....

  
  

• Select Categories – Choose this option if you want to import all listings from a specific category based on their Start Time. You can also select “All” categories to import listings from every category.

  
  

  Note: It’s recommended to import up to 100 listings at a time.

  Start time options : Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 5 years, Last 10 years, Custom dates
  

• For eBay Motors Sellers – If your store is part of eBay Motors, please make sure to select the Motors category.
  

  

Click on import now inside the dialog

Progress bar will appear and you will be redirected to "Activity logs" page to view the import status
