Export listings - Shipping Profile Error

In order to export listings from Shopify to Etsy, you need to set your default Etsy shipping profile to "Fixed on Etsy."


Also, make sure that the "Select Etsy shipping profile processing days range" setting in the export listing wizard is aligned with the Delivery Time (business days) specified in your Etsy shipping profile (details provided below).

In case you are using calculated Shipping as your default shipping profile please change it to "Fix" shipping profile.

To view the error please go to shopUpz app :

  1. Click on "Export listings" tab

  2. Click on "Sync History" tab

  3. Hover the error message and the following error message will be displayed (View image below

  4. In order to resolve the issue - please go to your Etsy shop manager and change your Etsy Shipping profile to "Fix"

In case you have the error - "Error during new Etsy listing shipping profile update: Value must be <= XXX"

Please make sure that the "Select Etsy shipping profile processing days range" matches the Delivery Time (in business days) of the selected shipping profile in your Etsy account, as described below.
