shopUpz helps you set Shopify as your order management source of truth.
You can choose to enable our order sync capability. It will replicate new paid orders from Etsy to Shopify.
As best practice you would like to update Etsy order automatically as fulfilled once Shopify order has been fulfilled.
On the "advanced settings" tab at "update Etsy order as fulfilled" you can choose when to update Etsy order as fulfilled . Here are the three options :
Only when submitting Shopify tracking number (default selected value) - we will automatically update Etsy order as fulfilled only when you will enter tracking number. In case you have more then 1 fulfillment item in Shopify we will update Etsy with the last fulfillment item that exist in Shopify.
When setting Shopify order as fulfilled - we will automatically update Etsy order as fulfilled once Shopify order has been fulfilled. In case you have more then 1 fulfillment item in Shopify we will update Etsy with the last fulfillment item that exist in Shopify.If you don't have tracking number then we will update Etsy order as fulfilled without the tracking number.
Do not update Etsy order as fulfilled - in this case we will not update Etsy order.
Note - in Shopify you can create more then 1 fulfillment. For example, if you created fulfillment by mistake and then you decided to manually cancel it and create a new one. You can see the fulfillment history inside Shopify order timeline log.
