❓ What is the “Update Committed Quantity on Etsy Import” option? This setting automatically updates the committed stock in Shopify whenever an order is imported from Etsy.

When enabled, shopUpz app will not only adjust available inventory using our update quantities features but also reflect the reserved (committed) quantities based on Etsy orders — ensuring your stock levels stay accurate across both platforms. ❓ Where can I find this option?

Go to your App Settings → Advanced Settings → Order Sync section.There you’ll see a checkbox labeled “Update Committed Quantity on Etsy Import.”Enable it to start syncing committed inventory automatically.

❓ What does “Committed Quantity” mean in Shopify?

Committed Quantity represents the number of units already reserved for existing orders that haven’t been fulfilled yet.By syncing this value from Etsy orders, you ensure that your Shopify inventory accurately reflects items that are already sold but not yet shipped.

❓ How does it help me manage inventory more accurately?

When Etsy orders are imported, the app will automatically reserve the matching stock in Shopify, so you don’t accidentally oversell products on other sales channels.This is especially useful if you sell on both Shopify and Etsy using the same SKUs
