Quantity update - processing profile

Etsy has recently introduced a new feature called “Processing Profiles.”

Some of your listings may not be linked to a processing profile — especially if they were inactive or unpublished at the time.

To ensure our app can successfully update quantities on your Etsy account, each listing must have a processing profile assigned.

We’ve added a new option inside the Advanced Settings screen under the “Quantity Update” section called “Default Processing Profile.” When you select a specific processing profile here, the app will automatically assign it to any Etsy listings that are missing one.

By default, the app uses the longest processing period profile available. You can change it anytime by following these steps:

1. Click “Advanced Settings” in the left menu.

2. Ensure that Quantity Update is enabled.

3. Under the “Quantity Update” section, go to “Default Processing Profile.”

4. Select the processing profile you want to use.
