Export listings to eBay - common errors and resolutions

Go to "Activity logs" from the dashboard (or at the left menu) to view the export listing status. In case your listing was not exported you will view a red error sign -> click on the error message


Here are the common issues and how you can resolve them :

  • Quantity has to be greater than 0

    • Resolution #1 - update Shopify quantity to be >0

    • Resolution #2 - inside export listing wizard check at the field mapping section "Fixed quantity" and set a number > 0. All of your exported listings will be set with the quantity that you submitted (view screenshot below)
