1. How can I change the Primary Store?
Go to Connections in the left menu.
Delete all existing connections - click on the bin icon.
Reload the app.
Authenticate to the new Etsy account you want as the Primary Store.
2. How can I change the Secondary Store?
If you already have a Primary Store and want to change your Secondary Store:
Go to Connections in the left menu.
Click Add Store.
Authenticate to the new Etsy account.
🔄 Note: The previous Secondary Store will be removed and replaced by the new Etsy account automatically.
3. What if the connection to the Secondary Store is disconnected?
Go to Connections in the left menu.
Click the Refresh button next to the Secondary Store.
Authenticate again to your Secondary Etsy account.
4. What if the connection to the Primary Store is disconnected?
Go to Connections in the left menu.
Delete the Primary Store connection - click on the bin icon.
Reload the app.
Authenticate again to your Primary Etsy account.
⚠️ Important: Always log out of Etsy before re-authenticating to avoid connecting the wrong account.
