1. Do I need an Amazon seller account to use this app?
No, you do not need an Amazon seller account. You can import any public Amazon listing simply by copying and pasting its URL.
2. What product details are imported from Amazon to Shopify?
The app imports the following attributes:
Product Title
Description
Variants
Price
SKU (based on Amazon listing ID)
3. Can I import listings that already exist in my Shopify store?
No. The app will not import listings whose SKUs already exist in your Shopify store to avoid duplicates.
4. Can I edit the product details after importing?
Yes. After completing the import, you’ll be able to edit your Shopify listings .
6. Are images and variations imported as well?
Yes, the app imports product images and all available variations (such as size, color, etc.).
7. What happens if the import fails?
If an import fails, the app will display an error message in the Activity Logs section. You can click on the red status icon to view the detailed error message and troubleshoot.
8. Where can I see the import history?
All import attempts are recorded under Activity Logs in the dashboard. You'll see the status, import date, and links to both the Amazon and Shopify listings.
9. Can I Import more then 100 variations ?
No. Shopify allows to import up to 100 variations. The app will import the first 100 variations automatically.
